Actually, 45 is scheduled to speak at 7PM CST, which has not happened yet time wise.
Guessing, President Trump is probably backstage speaking (right now) with donors, volunteers, LEO’s, Border Patrol, federal, state and local officials, etc. He may also be pressing the flesh and getting his picture taken with many of these same people.
In Florence, AZ, on Jan 18th, President Trump spoke for almost 2 hours in a field out in the middle of nowhere as the wind blew cold and carried dry grass and dust into everyone’s faces and eyes. Most of the audience stood their ground, and speaking of standing, much of the crowd had been there since about 7AM (12 hours nonstop).
