Thanks for posting conservative98.
Trump is an excellent negotiator. But from his first term in office, patriots in the "back seat" have been getting carsick with expert dealmaker Trump at the wheel because they don't understand that he's possibly bluffing to lever the outcome he wants imo.
Insights welcome.
“Old statement and now DeSantis is more fully informed and aware.”
True. It’s from last July. In October he said....“People being forced to put something in their bodies that we don’t know all there is to know about yet. No matter what people on TV tell you, it’s not true. We’re going to learn more about the safety of these vaccines. We’re finding that some of these vaccines, the protection from infection is less than 40 percent,” he said, “We’re going to learn more about the safety of these vaccines, right?”
10 years from now conservatives will be writing books on how anti vaxxers took over the party and nearly destroyed it.
The anti vaxxers who are honest will wonder how they were led to believe the anti vaccine bull crap.
“I’m hearing the same thing from doctors and nurses. 95%+ of their covid beds are unvaccinated and vaccine side effect cases are almost nothing”
My wife is a nurse and I’m hearing the opposite.
Yale gave us the two Clintons, two Bushes, and Frenchy Kerry.
Now Yale gives us Ron DeSantis.
DeSantis like Frenchy checks the Roman Catholic box.
Like Kerry attempted to do, DeSantis plays up his military record.
To his credit (I think) unlike Frenchy at least he is Yalie who was not a Skull & Boner, but then again neither were the Clintons.
I’m reserving judgment until the lizard people come down from their UAPs and give us their two cents.
“FR has become a joke”
The anti vaccine cult makes Jim Jones look like a piker.
Funniest post on this thread... hands down! Or should I say knees down?
**Fully vaccinated = 2 shots? 3 shots? 4 shots? 2 masks? 3 masks?**
The goal posts have been mounted on wheels for quite some time, and are now out on the freeway. Hopefully they’ll get stuck under a low overpass.
Bullshit.
I voted for him twice and donated hundreds to both of his campaigns, the only politician I ever donated money to.
I also voted for Ron DeSantis and I prefer him immensely to Donald Trump, who I believe has no chance to get re-elected and probably isn't even going to run (but he's raking in big bucks fundraising).
We ask, and in our semi-rural area most of the vaxxes were given within our system and are charted.
Occasionally we have unknowns.
Last week the critical (ICU) census was 13, 11 unvaccinated, 1 vaccinated, 1 unknown.
The state is 56% vaccinated.
Why do you recommend masks?
Merry Christmas
Propaganda, pure and simple. Well, at least it shows us who the real trolls are here at FR...
If the virus continues to decline in potency, like it looks Omicron is showing, then soon it won’t matter... it will be like the flu, you can choose to take the shot or not... should be that way already except for obese and elderly along with other co-morbidities.
July?
A lot can happen in 6 months.
Like say, your young and beautiful wife suddenly being stricken by cancer, as has now happened to DeSantis.
Only time will tell if these experimental meds were more helpful than harmful. And politicians better be very careful about getting on the slippery slope of endorsing ANY med that hasn’t been rigorously tested.
The death rates is higher post vaccine due to the delta variant killing off all the unvaccinated.
TBH, not everything they believe is "bullcrap", it's just that most of them have adopted a "complete" view of COVID that is mostly incorrect, and because the vaxx pushers DO have an agenda which is not about COVID or public health at all, most antivaxxers have become unable to evaluate the whole vaxx - SARS CoV 2 picture.
I only mind the mandates.
This is a slippery slope. If both Trump and DeSantis are arguing that the vaccines are effective and save lives, then there’s no reason to complain about mandates.
If, on the other hand, Trump and DeSantis are wrong and the vaccines are ineffective and are possibly dangerous to one’s health and well being, then we have every right to fight against mandates.
But the question isn’t really about mandates. The question is if Trump and DeSantis are right and the vaccines save lives or are they, as many here argue, ineffective and dangerous.
