Correct. This is all moot if there are systems still in place that allow for fraud. In the election in VA this month, almost all polls watchers and legal positions were filled by the GOP and the election laws reverted back to pre-covid normality where mail in voting cheating was nullified. Those swing states will have to do the same to even think about winning - with anybody.
