"Four Strong Winds" is one of the few songs in Neil's catalogue that he didn't write. He has told the story of when he was young living in Canada he would listen to the song over and over again on the jukebox. He couldn't get it out of his head.

I like the music of Neil Young.
Just because I like his music doesn't mean I have to be drinking buddies with him. Some of the Freepers on this thread crack me up. They feel that because Neil Young is an insufferable leftist (and he is) that they have to hate his music as well. Well fortunately we have the option of letting his music into our home but keeping the man himself locked outdoors. Yes, that is an option all of us have.
Now as for Ted Nugent, he can come into my home anytime and we'll fix him a roast chicken dinner. But he can leave his records at home. They give me a headache.
