Brings to mind a pet store trip.
My daughter picked out a white pregnant guinea pig...two for the price of one. A lady was boxing it up and we were at the register paying. He called back and asked which one we got. The girl said, “The pregnant one.”
He turned, with hands on hips and snapped, “Pregnant? How did that happen?”
I retorted, “Do you need to watch a video?!”
They were supposed to keep females and males apart. I didn’t know that at checkout though.

More likely the guards than fake women doing the impregnating.

I don’t know how much I agree with that. I’m sure it happens but a guard gets heavy consequences such as permanent loss of employment in that state gov and jail time. A thug just gets to be trans prison pimp longer.
I searched it and didn’t see anything one way or the other except this. 4 female prison guards got impregnated from the same convict in Philadelphia !!

Such incidents happened before there were trans prisoners. Both scenarios are plausible.
