The vaccine is made of Messenger RNA. Messenger RNA tells translation machinery in the cytoplasm of cells to synthesize certain proteins.
In the case of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines it tells that machinery to make Spike proteins.
It cannot and does not alter DNA. If it could alter DNA we could use mRNA to cure genetic diseases. But it doesn’t, so we can’t.

These numbers are well known to be vastly underreported, but to answer your question, the best data known to man clearly shows these Covid vaccines are significantly more dangerous than any other vaccine ever released. The fact they are now being mandated is a clear crime against humanity, which again for your information, is an actual legal term and not just a cliche.
