Yeah, right. This is the same bunch of people that say: "If the government does XXX, I'm gonna get my gun and .."

I’m already making my plans. Right now I’ve got enough cash and assets to live OK for the next 5-6 years.
# Back in July, around France....this story started up. Teens (not vaccinated at this point and hadn’t had Covid yet) had gone to new strategy...intentionally getting Covid. They were using social media to hook up with people who did have Covid. Whether a logical strategy or not, they saw this as the best alternative.
Not so strange really. We had chick-pox parties when I was young.
You know, I have wondered if people who seem naturally immune to the flu fight off covid better? I know they are two different animals, but maybe it’s something about the immune system or health in general, or vitamin D levels, something. No one in my immediate family has ever had the flu, 2-day colds yes, but nothing like the flu.
There was a time early in the pandemic that I suspected that people that had gotten a flu shot were having a rougher time with Covid but I’m not even sure they were offering them last year.
Kind of my position. I could retire but would rather wait a few more years. My wife and I plan on selling our house in the mountains, five bedroom, 2.5 bath with garage and wrap around porch and figure that will be an easy sell, five acres, one neighbor and she owns most of the other property around us and we border a national park. With an early retirement, selling the house and her taking another job we will be fine financially. As of now my employer is saying no mandate so I am good.
I’d make em fire me. I then collect unemployment for 26 weeks plus in Calif if you go to school and take a course along the lines of your job then you get 50 weeks so 6 months worth of a full paycheck : )

I’m one of those that will quit as well. Funny how natural immunity cuts not ice for these vaxxidiots.
