Totally agree that the first and strongest pillar of good health is good diet and exercise. Lean meats, veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruits, and avoiding processed foods as much as possible. 60 minutes a day, at least 3 or 4 days a week of exercise to include both cardio and resistance training.

Do that and 90% of the health problems we see today disappear. I consider doctors and modern medical miracles necessary to deal with the other 10% that persist.
