I got the jab and now I have Covid. Recovering as we speak. People are simply nuts for believing anything is gonna stop the progression of this virus.
Tell them it’s none of their business.
“Selfish?” Certainly. I’m doing what is in my best self-interest.
You get the same opportunity for yourself.

Just like people are selfish for not wanting a 100% tax rate. My mother is like this. I avoid contact with her because it is exhausting amd imfuriating listening to her recite crap she heard on “The View” or NPR.

Can you provide some more information:
Is this spouse? Children? Parents? Siblings? Extended family?
That will make a difference both long and short term on how you approach telling them and interactions going forward.
There’s lots of knee jerk reactions from FReepers on this tread advising you what to do. A couple in the past have mocked people that have been vaccinated and also that have later gotten sick. Consider if you want to accept advice from people you do not know and which are so willing to give you advice without knowing your specific situation.
I would tell them that you are unselfishly volunteering to be part of the “Control Group” in this experiment.
This way in 5-10 years down the road they will be able to determine which health affects your family has are related to the shot.
They can think whatever they want. Just like you can make your own decision on the shot. It really doesn’t matter what they think of your decision. Just say OK and move on.
