LOL, putting aside your apparent assertion that Mother Nature only exists to kill people, let’s see what the scoreboard shows. This of course is just the virus scoreboard, not mentioning other major killers like malaria and dysentery.
HIV - No effective vaccine, number one killer of Africans, but maybe we don’t care about Black people?
Flu - Vaccinations since 1940s, still kills about a half million people worldwide every year. Mostly young Third Worlders, but maybe we don’t care about them either.
COVID - Probably going to attenuate on its own. Vaccinations unlikely to eliminate the virus, but it will likely settle down to killing about the same numbers as flu for the indefinite future.
