Some states are requiring proof just to eat out now or shop even. Keep,your eyes open for anyone claiming that they must be worshipped before issuing a ‘pass to work, eat, play’ or whatever

One more thought. There was a term that hippies who didn’t want to go to war used and got away with it- ‘conscientious objector’. It didn’t require a religious belief per se. Wonder if that can be used? Probably not though
That isn't what they said at all. SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza virus aren't even remotely related. Humans are as closely related to snails are SARS-CoV-2 is to Influenza virus. They aren't even in the same phylum. The RT-PCR test triggers off a specific nucleotide sequence unique to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. That nucleotide sequence is exactly what distinguishes it from SARS-CoV-1 (SARS2003) and MERS-CoV (MERS2012). To think that it can't distinguish between Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 is laughably ridiculous.
What the CDC actually said was that they want everyone moving from a simple yes/no test for COVID-19 to a test that checks for multiple possible causes for similar symptoms. With the current tests, you go get tested and they come back and say "yes, you have COVID" or "no, you don't have COVID." If it's no, you're no closer to understanding what your problem is or how to treat it. What CDC wants is for every to adopt testing that says "no, you don't have COVID, but you DO have the flu".
The authorization for the simple test ends at the end of this year. The testing that the CDC wants (looking at multiple possibilities) still uses the same RT-PCR method for checking for the presence of SARS-CoV-2.

It was poorly written. It said they couldn’t detect the flu but they wanted it to detect both.

By the way, you should probably get an Attorney that will send your company a letter that they will for will accept legal and lawful liability if anything bad happens to you because they are making you take a non FDA approved experimental.
They will most likely say no. If they do, then they cannot fire you. If they do, then you a lawsuit.
