Did you not read? This act gave President TRUMP (not Biden) powers BEYOND January 20th and according to the article have been extended.

I agree that the writer of the article is engaged in Q fantasy.
They talk as if they possess secret knowledge from decoding Q messages.
It is super annoying, and makes it easy for the Left to smear Trump and his supporters as conspiracy kooks.
But just because Q nuts fantasize about Trump taking back the White House before 2024, does NOT mean it is impossible.
There is a very simple way it could happen, and it would require no legal gymnastics or military enforcement of the “insurrection act”.
If forensic audits in the contested states proved convincingly that the wrong electors were certified in January 6th, the election could indeed be overturned - immediately reinstating the true winner as President.
But note my use of the word “convincingly”. The proof would have to be so compelling as to create public outrage. Only then would state legislatures demand corrective action.
I’m not saying it is likely, I’m just saying it’s well within the realm of possibility.
Popular opinion is everything. Nothing can withstand public outrage.
Take for example Obama’s lack of qualification to be President. That was a clear violation of the Constitution, and yet he was President for eight years.
Why? One reason: not enough people were convinced. There was not enough public outrage. If there had been, he never would have been sworn in.
Same with the stolen election - it was unconstitutional but that isn’t enough.
We need public outrage and then anything is possible:
