No State sent dual slates of electors in the 2020 election.
The GOP electors sent themselves. It was a publicity stunt that was as legal as if the Green and Libertarian party electors had stood outside the State Capitols along side them and sent themselves too.

“Maybe there were other things people in government could have done, but this was never going to end up with Trump having a second term.”

Why do you are others keep saying that. It’s a secondary issue and stawman as used.

The people who keep saying that and base their precociously cynical comments on it simply seem dumb, whether they are serious or sincere or are actively working to support the coup.

Why didn’t the RNC fund SOS elections?

Just because they outplayed us doesn’t mean what they did was illegal. We got our asses whipped in 2020 before the first vote was cast. The RNC thinks they can run elections like its 1952. They need to get rid of the Cheney’s, Bushes, and Romney’s and start playing moneyball.

So, they bring a knife...we bring a gun. Relighting the battle of Waterloo isn’t going to help us.

Thank you for taking time to post that link. I was able to download and save the SC filing before it goes rabbit hole.
Also roger your comments about the state of many here. Sadly true.
Much obliged.

My pleasure. Thank you for taking the time to read it. It is simply disgusting how cowardly the USSC is. Roberts is obviously blackmailed. So it is really a 5-4 split and the traitor vote on the USSC hasn’t made themselves known just quite yet. But I guarantee you Barret, Gorsuch or Kavanaugh will take that seat and screw the Constitution for personal glory and attention and “legacy”. The most powerful man in the Legislative branch is Joe Manchin and one of these three justices will become the most powerful judge in the country.

I posted similar when SCOTUS refused to hear the Penn legislative case. When the SCOTUS refuses to hear cases involving clear violations of the Constitution - then there is no longer a separation of powers between three equal branches of govt and therefore SCOTUS is no longer needed --- viz the Constitutional Republic no longer exists.

NOTE that three justices objected to the refusal to hear the Penn case but had no power to overturn the decision for inaction. Who, then, held power at that moment? The answer to that is the answer to many questions

***Wow, great minds think alike... ***

Thanks; you are very kind.

This is but one example of the Dem's rage to overthrow the Republic. Over a year ago the House Dems stated their intent - with Donald Trump in office - to exercise their power to impeach the president every week if they chose to.

I posted prior to the first impeachment that this attitude was evidence that Pelosi and her cohorts hoped to change our Constitutional Republic to a parliamentary system where the president serves at the pleasure of the majority in the legislature - thus eliminating the separation of powers and the foundation of our Republic.

This alone indicated the confidence of the 'Rat Party that they intended to rule the country permanently.

There have been other indications. Now it is a fait accompli.

You are most welcome. Press on!

LuciusDomitiusAutelian

Is this name spelled correctly?

I found Autelian spelled Aurelian.

Curious...

I like the sentiment, but what is the artillery you’re talking about bringing? And how would it fix the overwhelming corruption in federal courts and LE?

You are thinking about how to fix a problem after it’s too late.

We need to manage local elections and the state elections.

Trying to “fix the courts” is dealing with the issue way, way down the line.

lol. Yes. Typo. I’ve been lurking here since Clinton was POTUS. Are you a into Roman history? Where I live it is hard to find anyone who even knows who Aurelian was.

Just read your profile. Thanks for your service. Your AO was pretty bad on the the Kandahar deployment. The Terrys were working pretty hard in 2004/5. Have a friend (USMC) who saw some pretty bad stuff in Dailanor.

LOL. We ‘fixed’ the courts already. They’re still corrupt. Trump appointed everyone McConnell recommended, and now it’s obvious McConnell is corrupt.

How do we ‘manage’ elections when Republicans in places like GA and AZ are corrupted? And Dems have trashed electoral process in WI MI MN etc.?

You can rest assured that at a minimum Justice Roberts is blackmailed. And the rest of the USSC as it stood under Obama. Watch his scolding of the court during his State of the Union address on January 27, 2010. The Kenyan used every government agency, primarily the NSA via contractors, to obtain dirt on his adversaries. The mental gymnastics Roberts used in his opinion to justify the ACA mandate compared to his previous opinions are stark in difference. Many of his generation, in particular a jurist, have no idea the electronic trail they leave behind and Roberts has some questionable associations. He also weaponized non defense/intl agencies like the IRS to the United States Postal Service. The polished Kenyan is a Bolshevist like his daddy and his sole goal was/is to bring the Republic to its knees to install communism. I don’t blame folks for having no idea the capabilities of SIGINT. Thank God for one of my heroes Admiral Mike Rogers, who went to Trump and explained to him, unfortunately too late, of the state of affairs and the domestic enemies who were out to depose him. And there is no branch of our Republic that is not blackmailed. The “deep state” has been listening and storing every citizens data from phone calls to credit card purchases since before 9/11. Obama broke the seal. I don’t see much hope for our Republic. These agencies know more about you than you know about yourself. And I mean that literally. Where were you and who did you email or call or what purchases did you make on October 12th, 2014 (just insert any date here)? I doubt you remember but they know.

You start at the bottom. You get reliable Republicans on the local election boards.

It is incredibly boring...but all politics are local.

“And yet the states certified their votes.”

IIRC (and I may not be), the states did certify their votes at the beginning. Then the proof of fraud became obvious and a couple/few of those states wanted their certifications held up or pulled. That’s when Pence (Jan. 6) had the opportunity — and duty, per some in the know like Levin, et al. — to send certifications back to some states for review, audit, confirmation, etc.

I could be wrong, but that’s how I recall it.

“The republicans need to pull up their big girl pants and get in the game.”

I don’t speak for everybody, but America suffered for centuries to create the best country ever known to man. Just giving up isn’t in our DNA — at least not all of us. I agree that the GOP didn’t do enough in 2018 to turn things around re election fraud. But we can’t condone cheating. And it’s hard when half or more of the GOP is in on the steal.

Bottom line: Cheating is wrong and you can’t blame GOP for RAT cheating. We KNOW they’ll cheat; it’s what they do. Trying to figure out how they’ll do it is like Whack-A-Mole. Satan living in them and controlling their brains takes basic deviousness to a critical level, and when it comes to trying to figure out how they’ll cheat it’s impossible to keep up.
