If she didn't know her son was failing then she's an idiot. It's long past time to stop giving deadbeats a pass. She's as much of the problem as her loser son, more actually because she spawned him and let him turn into the burden upon society that he's become. So what that she's working three jobs, if she'd kept her legs closed she would have to. I'll guarantee that she's collecting more from welfare than she's earning from those three jobs.
And right on schedule, the radical leftist moron Mayor of Baltimore said the problem is that the schools need more money.
At $16,184 per student per year, Baltimore public schools are the third highest spending district in the entire United States.
