One foreign man, one claim. With all the evidence we've seen pour in from various States going against their own State constitutions and all the signed affidavits and videos and etc. , I doubt this one guy will make a difference. The commie election was stolen and the Electoral College didn't have the will to correct it, which includes Pence. I and my wife go back to the simple fact that Trump rallies had 10,s of thousands sometimes twice a day, yet HidenBiden was preaching from his basement most of the campaign. When he finally came out, he could barely get 10 - 100 to attend. Without all the other evidence of cheating, that is proof enough that Trump won by a huge margin.

Courts must want to recognize facts and do justice. With some notable exceptions, like the PA Commonwealth Court, U.S. Courts don't want to get involved in what they consider "politics", refereeing corrupt elections. It's simple nonfeasance of their oath of office. Even the Russians are mocking us for this election. The whole world knows what happened with the election except about 50% of the American public.

No I had never read the origins of the term riot act or even given it much thought. You would be correct. I was just recalling my mother always telling me she would read me the riot act. But thanks to this thread I have looked it up and learned something new, so thank you.

You make my point. I was astounded that the Texas lawsuit with some 16? States submitting amicus briefs was thrown out due to no standing. Texas and the other states had no standing when their citizen's votes were voided due to clear evidential fraud? Because the Supremes wouldn't be bothered with the merits of the case, this Nation is now on fire.

No, I haven't read the "no standing" decision. Someone please tell me how some 17 States had no standing, and why did Bush vs Florida had standing when Florida ignored their State Constitution laws mid-election and the USSC said no go and stopped the countless counting of ballots? It was the same complaint/lawsuit and the USSC set precedence.

This is not going to end well. People are already forming face to face groups, since there are no secure electronic comms. Sporadic violence will be our future with certain oligarchs targeted in a clandestine manner. At 71, I hope I'm gone and don't see it.

To paraphrase one Freeper's tagline: I spent 11 years of my life defending the rights of others, only to see them take mine away. It will happen with the commies in charge. There is no doubt in a rational mind.

The concept of "standing" is best understood of a device that courts use when they don't want to hear a case, and the injury is somehow obscured or indirect. There is no clear test for it. Common law courts can and do make exceptions to their rules in an unintelligible manner. Our constitution is a very old document which needs to be updated so that its meaning isn't overly dependent on judges.

What the court is hiding behind is that the Twelfth Amendment reads that the state legislatures are to appoint presidential electors. That doesn't happen in modern practice. The practice has become that states have elections for the presidential electors. So even when the legislature provides by statute for an election, the courts have been saying that only the legislature has standing if the rules aren't followed. This is, of course, contrary to what the Rhenquist court did in Bush v. Gore. So now that is a worthless precedent, why? Was SCOTUS being political then, now, or in both instances? If there are tapes of Roberts saying he would make sure Trump didn't win the election as rumored, I would love to hear them.

To paraphrase one Freeper's tagline: I spent 11 years of my life defending the rights of others, only to see them take mine away. It will happen with the commies in charge. There is no doubt in a rational mind.

People here ask if the military will support Trump when the Insurrection Act is announced to reverse the corrupt election. Some in the top brass may not, but when the rank and file understands that their votes were stolen for a senile, illegitimate pretender POTUS, I think they will. I suspect that the delay in the announcement is securing communications so Trump can communicate to people directly and avoid the filters of the corporate media and Big Tech.

Lots of good info, but if the USSC willy-nilly uses "no standing", then what good is it?

I get the 12th Amendment and the Individual States having their own electoral laws/rules. I've been a States' advocate for years. However, in Bush vs Gore, the ruling was the Governors/SOS could not defy their own State Constitutions. It was a good ruling and was part of the Texas lawsuit.

"People here ask if the military will support Trump when the Insurrection Act is announced to reverse the corrupt election. Some in the top brass may not, but when the rank and file understands that their votes were stolen for a senile, illegitimate pretender POTUS, I think they will."

More importantly, do the National Guard week-end warriors want kill their parents, siblings, and friends? Forget the the top brass. What will the upper enlisted order? BTW, this is moot because there will be no face down in a field or on the streets. If come to be, it will be a clandestine guerilla war. Guess who will be targeted first.

Remember to smell the flowers, Doctor. Peace be with you and our Nation.

It means the we have rights without remedies, which means they aren't really rights. It isn't just SCOTUS. It's the lower federal courts as well. People love the Federalist Society type judges because they don't want courts creating rights like gay marriage without action from the legislature. However, these same judges think that civil rights cases for violation of individual rights, (not for certain classes of people) are beneath them. They treat civil rights cases with the attitude of "the peasants are revolting". Voting rights was just another technicality to be finessed, not vindicated.

Sir, the Country that I grew up respecting our values/traditions/laws and spent 11 years protecting such, is sliding into the trash heap of history along with so many of the past. It has made me literally cry and I feel "Bad to the Bone" and willing to do stuff I never thought about.

As I've said before if any Militia or Neighborhood organization decides to actually fight, I will volunteer point. Some guy asked me, "Oh, so you will be cannon fodder and not kill the enemy?".
I'm sure you know what point means or do I or ground grunts need to explain it?

Yes we watched a while ago. Looks like Trump took off from DC heading out of the country. Its all part of the plan. He has to leave the continental US until the military plan is executed.

From 01/10 approx 5:18 Pm.

Was wondering if you know anything about President Trump changing plans?

Maybe he left CONUS, flew back to Texas, and then left CONUS again?

But now he's back in Washington? Very sneaky...
