The DC jury pretty much negates this however constitutional. These RATs don’t follow laws.
NOTE: Pence was extra, extra, extra sleazy in how he conducted himself - he had the instructions he read for opening the ballots be changed from what it’s previously been in recent decades; he specifically had it changed to state that he should *not* consider the other electors he was presented and only accept those that came via governors in the subject fraud states.
