He got out of jail six months ago, and this California politician turned illegal arms dealer is all set to reveal a bunch of secrets in return for a bunch of cash. He knows where all the bodies are buried. He already gave up one to get a lighter sentence, but now he is going to expose all the cash for favors schemes.
