If you want to keep butter in long term storage,there is an
Aussie brand called ‘Red Feather’. Its been well clarified and is canned in a round ten. I believe the shelf-life is around ten years or more. I’ve found it to be a really tasty treat for rolls & other dishes.

OK, I’ve just got to locate locally looking like Harris Teeter has it. Gonna call in the Daytime. I was gonna call You last night but I dozed off. We’ve got 5 or so pounds of WallyWorld brand in the freezer but I’m working on weaning Us from them.
