There are plenty of documentary evidence that well more than 1.8 million absentee ballots were mailed out the state.
So I am just not sure where Guliani is getting his numbers.
The numbers of mailed our ballets was reported by the state as well over 2.5 million before Election Day.

But he didn’t say that.. if he meant only 1.8 million were sent out to registers democrats, but 2.5 million were recounted from democrats then fine... but that’s not what he has said.
He needs to clarify because by late October PA had already reported it had sent well over 2.5 million ballots.
Okay well that’s a big deal. If he admitted his mistake I’m fine with it

There are fewer and fewer Democrats publicly stating the the election is over. Those who are, aren’t sounding as confident as they were 10 days ago.

Perhaps someone not eligible to vote asked for a ballot? It shouldn’t be sent out. Maybe getting 1,000 requests from a P.O. Box would result in none of them getting sent, if you have an honest clerk.

I dont think it was sloppiness so much as it was Democrat brazenness....they were SO SURE they had a lock
on the election. Biden would rise from his basement, take office, and sweep wrongdoing under the Oval Office rug.
