I would like to see him go through every conviction of Weissman and consider pardoning all but violent offenders as it should be well know what an abuser of justice Weissman has been through out his career.

I have to disagree with you PIF.

It was his duty to reveal these anti-constitutional programs and the lying of Clapper to Congress.

Thank heavens he did...

Look at the case. Penalties are commensurate with each count found guilty of by a jury of his peers. Judge has a scale to which we can issue the penalty as codified in law. The penalty is fair based on the legislation of the time.

There were many problems with the prosecution

And yes, while it maybe law the sentence defies common sense and logic. Just like many others who get pardons serving life sentences for drug offenses..

Life without parole is absurd

Snowden should be given immunity on the condition of being a material witness/state’s evidence for the prosecution. He would have to be under protective custody though. Either Andrews or Fort Belvoir. His testimony would be devastating to the Deep State.

Yes, Massie is! One MIGHT understand why the US government took such hard stands against Snowden and Assange, (as they may have revealed state secrets and massive political corruption which revealed deep state actors to be both evil and major league fools) but what happened to Ross Ulbricht, meted out by a vengeful judge, was a worse than draconian double life sentence for daring to create and manage the Silk Road, a free market site, which connected adult buyers and sellers to one another. The Silk Road allowed purchases of substances deemed by governments to be inappropriate or in fact,
illegal. It’s been alleged that when they closed the Silk Road site, hundreds took their place and continue to operate.

Not happy at all about this.

Should have waited for SCOTUS to slap down lawless Emmett Sullivan HARD.

Worst case, worst, do on Jan 15.

Assange & Snowden should be pardoned. They exposed the Deep State’s criminality & support our freedoms.

Assange has to be tried and convicted of something before he can be pardoned in the US.

Snowden should be given whistle blower status in my opinion.

Obama and Bush started the ball rolling with Executive Orders that allow spying on US citizens. That should be reversed.

40 years is insane for the silk road kid. He didn’t do anything but setup a network where you could sell anything anonymously using bitcoin. It was stupid... maybe even idealogical in nature... but it was not a 40 year sentence.

Lawless, corrupt Emmet Sullivan is celebrating that his unConstitutional railroading of General Flynn has/ will not be shoved up his nose and through his skull in public.

It was his duty to reveal

His duty was to his Chinese handlers, where he fled before seeking refuge in the Russian embassy. What you and others read was the snowjob given by the MSN about programs that had been in the public domain and discussed in open forums and lectures for decades - that you did not know is your problem. I also find it hilarious that so many believe the MSN about Snowjob, but disbelieve them about most everything else; one of those two things are false.

He gave the crown jewels, so to speak, which cost billions to develop to the China, Russia, Iran, AQ, and ISIS. None of that has anything to do with your precious phone metadata. Oh and, he was paid handsomely for his efforts. Duty had nothing to do with his betrayal.

He gave over NSA’s Methods (of collecting data) Means (of collecting data), codes broken, codes unbroken, etc, section names, operation and project names, names and addresses of the foreign operatives used. Most were taken and shot - if they were fortunate; some may still be in Iranian prisons or Chinese work camps.

I’m sure the families of the dead or imprisoned operatives do not give thanks to anyone for what he did. And you should not either. You and your family are less safe because of his treason. Praise and worship the false hero Eddy Snowjob, if you must, just be aware of what you are praising.

That’s an interesting site PGalt.

Would I be allowed to post there ? Trump supporters are conservatives after all and maybe interested in Rand and the broader message of liberty.

What is your opinion on pardons for the three people Massie mentioned?
