Well this is creepy. Cuomo wants the same "citizens," who "helped" protect the 2020 election, to "protect" the public health by distributing the vaccine because having hospitals and private medical facilities is a baddddddddd idea. Where were these citizen groups who are so desperately needed to NOW distribute the vaccine to ensure underserved populations have access throughout months of Cuomo's response to Covid?

Gov. Cuomo repeated his threat to sue the Trump administration as he invoked Martin Luther King, Jr. during Sunday remarks about the COVID outbreak at historic Riverside Church in Manhattan.

“The Rev. Dr. King, who spoke in this magnificent church, said of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health is the most shocking and the most inhumane because it often results in physical death,” Cuomo said. “COVID proved Dr. King right.”

The governor went on to repeat his criticism of the Trump administration’s plans for distributing the coronavirus vaccine once it becomes available, saying that relying on hospitals and the private sector will perpetuate inequalities during the outbreak, which has affected communities of color at disproportionately high rates.

Cuomo called for community groups to be enlisted in vaccine distribution and elaborated on his previous threat to sue the feds if they don’t change their distribution plan. He said it would violate the Equal Protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, citing the 1982 Supreme Court case Plyler v. Doe.

Cuomo is drooling over Denmark’s law (which was rescinded after 9 nonstop days of huge protests), on the twitter batch I posted above. So what “authority” will these “citizens” have to force people to get vaxed, I wonder.

Then why doesn’t having different standards regarding in-person and mail-in voting also violate that Equal Protection clause?

You know, there’s going to be quite a bit of cleanup in the aftermath of this. In particular as fraud vitiates all it touches, how much legislation passed under illegitimate leadership is allowed to stand?

Not only rule/regulation/law wise, but FINANCIAL??? What obligations entered into by illegitimate leadership is allowed to continue? Any bailouts would be Void. Most of the leadership of the financial industry is going to be tainted by this.
