I worked with a woman that breast reduction surgery. It helped her back considerably.
I can’t imagine having to walk around with all that weight trying to hunch you forward.
Once had a SIL that was about that size. And they kept on getting bigger for some odd reason. She wanted breast reduction badly but her husband steadfastly refused and said if she ever did he would promptly leave her. Even tho she complained bitterly I noticed her flaunting them on more than one occasion. I suspect if she still has them now she’s carrying them around in a wheelbarrow. Her half-sister, who was my wife then, really got the short end of the stick-breast wise. She was barely a B-cup. Once I discovered that breasts were essentially just overgrown sweat glands my great interest in them began to wane and my then wife (now ex-wife) had a great rear end so I really didn’t mind all that much. Funny thing-from behind, the SIL looked like a tall guy-no hips at all!
