I am confused - Why can the Supreme Court say it is not OK for WI to count mail in ballots received after election day, BUT it is OK to count ballots received in NC for 3 days after election day as long as they are post marked (what about no post mark?) by election day. Would this rule be imposed the same?

It isn’t the Courts job to “protect the people”, the Court Interprets LAWS enacted by the Legislature and Signed by the Executive Branch and the Constitution.

This should be Grounds for Immediate Removal and then Impeachment

I am sure it depends upon state law. Illinois allows received after election day, but they have to be postmarked before poll closing time on election day. Mail in and absentee are not to be counted until after poll closing.

Leave it to the media to fail to notice that SCOTUS has reached different substantive results in different cases regarding the counting of ballots. Why? Because the Court is following state law, as it should. When valid state law authorizes the late counting of ballots, SCOTUS has let it ride. But when activist judges or power-hungry politicians try to extend voting beyond what state law provides, they have struck it down.

SCOTUS is doing exactly what it should be doing.
