Spent 15 months in Southern Sudan, Juba along side the Nile for a bit, then other camps, and traveled around the country.

Beautiful place indeed.

But not a place that one want's get sick in or play fast and loose with the local constabulary....

And for the record I did get pulled over for "Driving while white" and would have cost me a "facilitating payment" to get my license back, had I not had a phone number of a South Sudanese Police General on speed dial.
