Great idea!
I think they were recommending the quarantine AFTER you get discharged from the hospital. ;>)
Many people didn’t even get test results for 3 weeks——
How does that work???
What about the prodromal stage, when a person may be contagious, but but not showing specific Covid19 symptoms?
I figured since President Trump had it he would be isolated for ever per CDC!!
Sent out to a lab. Not a big rush on it. In a hospital we know in about an hour or less.
New Coronavirus patients with mild symptoms are most contagious and have the highest virus shedding in early infection days and become less infectious as the disease begins to weaken. After Day 8, samples taken from patients with mild cases did not yield any viral growth.
“Based on the present findings, early discharge with ensuing home isolation could be chosen for patients who are beyond day 10 of symptoms with less than 100,000 viral RNA copies per ml of sputum. Both criteria predict that there is little residual risk of infectivity, based on cell culture,” the authors noted.
THE PANDEMIC SONG
A talented young music teacher has written a heart-warming 60 second song describing how she and her students feel about the national shut-down.

I recently read that Remdesivir was developed after research on cats infected with a feline Coronavirus.
Just in time for Trump to go back to the White House. I’m surprised that the CDC, who hate Trump, would release this now because of that. It’s quite long over due even now, though. It’s time to broadcast that infected people who don’t show symptoms are at very low risk of transmitting the disease.
Puts a real crimp in those crying how he endangered his Secret Service agents - fever free for 24 hours = safe to be around....maybe they’ll stop imprisoning folks for 14 days who never had a fever and never came close to anyone who had a fever.
CDC = t*ts on a boar. No further discussion necessary.
They came out with that in July and it is followed now.
Prob is the hospitals follow their recommendations.
Where are you getting 6%?
Has there been sufficient random antibody testing of the population, to yield such a conclusion?
