Well, termites are now a protected species in many states and you will face life imprisonment if you are caught even discussing their demise (conspiracy to harm a protected species); in addition according to unbiased sources such as PBS, termites are an important part of the ecosystem that offer more benefit to your home than harm. There are many “green” corporations who are investing in the expansion of termites, helping to increase their population and expand their territory to locations they have been discriminated against in the past. Given all of this, yes you should exterminate all of them, even if it means burning down the whole neighborhood.
Then add Sentracon baits stations around the property for subterranean termites.
