I refuse to use the coin-star machines. They charge a tax.
I used to cash my change in at the bank every time I got $50.00 worth. Then I used to write an extra $50.00 towards the principal of my mortgage. I paid the mortgage off 4 years ago now, so I just save the change for a rainy day.
