That was me last night, I didn’t like one thing about the kitchen. My husband didn’t like the paint.
On the other hand houses that are move-in ready sell faster. So I guess most people aren’t as picky as we are. Or they just decide to live with it. Most don’t want to buy something thinking they have to do a lot of work, just packing up and moving is enough.
LOL, that is perfect. Although I admire my cat’s complete Independence and narcissism, if I want a bud to hang out with it would be the dog. But there’s no better sound than that of a purr.
I guess I need both.

I just had an idea about this updating things forsale.
Although people say they prefer move-in-ready houses and I guess the sales show that, I would think more people would be happier if they could pick colors or countertops like you said. I know I would. Although it has seemed like the trashed houses aren’t selling for much less than the move in ready houses. But people do things like give a carpet allowance. I wonder if one technique would be to have all the things that need changing, give them a dollar value, and that way the person can see that they are getting not only a deal on the house but they can make it more personalized using their own choices. That way it doesn’t necessarily look trashed it just looks ready to update. Now I don’t think I would want to be giving these allowances and then having them pick stuff and expect me to put it in. That’s too much work on top of making changes to a new house and moving and packing things.
But I think you’re on to something. Maybe we can change the way sales are going! Because I wanted to rip out that electric cooktop how did a kitchen last night. Like you said I was adding up in my head all the things that needed changing and that was dollar signs. On top of a very expensive house already.
Well anyway, what do you think Trump is going to talk about tonight at 5.? I’m wondering if I should stay home for it and cancel the plans I had.
The trial is a whole year away? I knew it was hard to get court dates but that seems pretty long.
That’s true, I’ve had some pretty loving cats. I guess I’m just thinking about this group I have now, Persians are known for being nondemonstrative. That’s actually the word used on one of the cat websites. It describes them perfectly.

When you have scores of labs reporting 100% Covid-positive tests, that's not a clerical error, that is a coordinated attempt at high levels to mislead and defraud the American people.

It would appear that these labs were just as surprised as anyone else that their reported cases were off by up to 1200%. That means the labs weren't doing it, the agency doing the recording and reporting was committing intentional fraud.
Sitting on the porch watching firefighting helicopters flying close overhead with a friend who had to evacuate her home because of the fire.
We’re packed and ready to go but the weather is helping out.
It’s in the low 70’s and cloudy. We even had a rain shower a little while ago. :-)

I’ve also wondered what this weird circle thing was at the Zorro Ranch. There must be something under it....who just has a weird circle thing groomed onto a lawn where nobody sees it.....and it isn’t even something nice, like gardens or something. It is similar to one of the circles in the thread as well. So much strange crap.
No bail for Ghislaine.....I must admit I’m surprised.
