Police: Mexican drug cartel enforcers torture two teenagers in St. Paul

Professionals were sent in to recover drugs stolen from Sinaloan syndicate.
Three enforcers hired by Mexico’s biggest drug cartel flew from Los Angeles to Minnesota last month, kidnapped two local teenagers, and then tortured them for hours at a house in St. Paul in an effort to recover stolen drugs, according to court documents reviewed by the Star Tribune.

The DEA compares the structure of Mexican cartel cells in the U.S. to supply chains where operatives are aware of their own roles but may not know much about other functions. That creates a challenge for agents trying to work their way up the ladder.

The cartel is an asset of the derp state. They would easily trigger this operation (the dead guy), both players worked at Sinaloa club, thus both were Sinaloa property.
The 'cop' that triggered the looting at the Auto Zone was another Sinaloa (derp) asset.

Interesting that he would blame white supremacists AND cartels. That don't make no sense. Oil and water. But the fact that he even mentioned cartels tells me maybe they don't own him. If they did, he wouldn't open his mouth to say nothin' 'bout them.
Right. White supremist and cartels dont exactly fit together well. Maybe its his way of letting the cat out of the bag and going with the narrative at the same time. Paradoxically.
