As allies of President Trump demand justice for the people they believe were unfairly prosecuted in special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, Gowdy, a former federal prosecutor, said accountability should not be inextricably tied to criminal charges.

“We have got to not only associate accountability with prosecutions,” Gowdy added after mentioning he had just spoken to another former federal prosecutor. “I don’t think it — I think being a terrible FBI agent and treating people unfairly, maybe it ought to be a crime, but I don’t think it is a crime. The takeaway is, the next time the FBI says, ‘Hey, we’d like to talk,’ tell them no. Say, ‘When you clean up your act, when you quit trying to get people fired and see what you can get away with, we will start treating you like a dispassionate law enforcement agency, but until then, no thanks we’re done talking with you.’”

... I don’t like that statement and don’t think it’s just, but it could be reality.

Today's Delaware Dashboard (as of 5/3/2020):

Total pop. is 975,000.

5,288 positive cases since the beginning.

182 deaths(61% in long term facilities)

1716 recovered.

Leaves about 3200 active cases, which is a decline.

Also, hospitalizations are 281.

This number has stayed under 300 for about a week. The high was 335 about 2-3 weeks ago.

Hi All!

Just got home - so....how many indictments came down today? What all did I miss? I know this is the big week for tic tocs and booms and assorted suspense inducing exclamations. What all happened?

I hope the governor allowed them to plant their crop.
I saw the ridiculous Washington State governor outlawed fishing. Fishing!

Is Gowdy being intentionally stupid, or does he just think we are?

I don’t know exit. I have seen a lot of prosecutorial misconduct just on the State level, sending innocents to execution, and they are exempt from answering for their behavior. Look what Weissman did to the employees of Anderson, the SC overturned his actions but too late for the thousands of lives he ruined, and he was the pitbull in the Mueller investigation. And that’s just one example.

Back in the 1980s, Robert Mueller was in charge of the FBI in Boston. His team, led by John Connolly, who is now in prison, withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense, which led to 4 innocent men being sent to prison for life. Two of the men served decades in prison, and two died in prison before the illegal activity was discovered. To make matters even more corrupt is that every time one or more became eligible for parole, Mueller would write a letter opposing that parole. Once it was discovered, the two men and the families of the other two sued – and collected a whopping $101 million dollars! Mueller’s current number two man also had a similar problem in a Mafia case.

What do you think?

Speaking of Bob Mueller, we haven’t even gotten to Uranium One yet.

Both he and Rod Rosenstein are up to their eyeballs in that one.

Mueller has been portrayed as the gold standard of G-Men, just like Comey.

Now they have been unmasked.

I saw Trey say this on FNC and I was so disappointed.

But if the FBI framed Flynn by altering the 302 that should be a crime worth prosecuting even it setting up a perjury trap wasn’t.

Who within the NSC helped the FBI set up National Security Adviser Michael Flynn?

It never ends!

The federal government is a malignant growth with roots that go all the way to Hell!
