All above except "Prolonged food shortages" Chicken and pigs where wasted (True.) The gestation of these animals is very short. They will produce a new harvest in a short time. What is more concerning are the farmers losses to keep his farm. If he doesn't have his farm he can't produce new a new harvest.

When the government controls more of production, then shortages result. But not in the refrigerators of the elite who present themselves as saviors of the oppressed whom they seduce with the victim entitlement mentality from Hell, so that they may obtain power.

The Governors, if they’re smart, they will start to reduce restrictions gradually. Many states are doing that. Not in California and Michigan though.
