My dad’s having his surgery early in the morning. Everyone from his doctor to the surgeon seem to think the prognosis is good—his doctor said he sees no reason he can’t live to 90 (he’s 76 now). But, it’s still major back surgery on an elderly man who has never had any kind of surgery, so we could use the power of prayer. I’m going to try to get some sleep so I probably won’t be able to respond, but your prayers will be greatly appreciated. His name is Tom, as a reminder. Thank you very much.
