The criteria for the position of WHO director is the same as those selected for “Human Rights Commission” which have members from the sh*tiest sh*tholes on the planet. WHO has members from countries which are 100 years behind in health related knowledge,standards and technology.
In that context, he’d probably think that Keith Moon and John Entwistle were still alive. Or that John Bonham played drums for that band and Keith Moon was Led Zeppelin’s drummer. Or that Rat Scabies was the drummer for Keith Moon’s band, or . . .
