I see these idiots out driving every day alone or with their family members and I wonder if they wear the masks 24/7. I am also amused by people out walking by themselves wearing masks as if they believe the very air outside is infectious.

The N95 mask makes it difficult to inhale due to its restrictive nature. It has a check valve that makes it easy to exhale. That means that it only protects the wearer from others. Because of the check valve, it does NOT protect others from any illness in the wearer. Because of this, it does not even meet the objective of the mandate to wear “a mask”.

The point about breathing carbon dioxide is nonsense. The wearer breathes the air around him. The mask restricts incoming droplets, not air.
