I just see a ton of money spent on upkeep, too much to clean and a lot of steps for old knees. Give me small, modern and all on one level.

Mutton Island was for sale years ago, and different times since. I’ve never been there, but it would be pretty cool to own an entire island and just play around fixing things up.
