Yes I do judge others behaviors when it affect me and in this case it affect me if I get sick because somebody went to their Church Gathering and got the coronavirus or if I have to pick up the tab for their medical treatment sure I do judge fine have your service collect the money and put it in a fund to pay for everyone’s medical problems if it happens
