I’ve heard about lung function but not the coronary. I know I have crapped lung function after flu or any respiratory virus that can last for many many weeks and gradually sloooowwly goes away. So I would think people need to be checked over time to see for sure.

Here’s one thing I’m thinking about.
These folks are all basing their statements on models - HIGHLY FLAWED and possibly intentionally CORRUPT MODELS?
We keep hearing about the “apex” from Cuomo while the hospitals are largely empty even there and particularly elsewhere.
From where & whom shall this elusive “apex” arise?
The country has largely been in lockdown for two weeks, mostly cooperatively, willingly & enthusiastically by a frightened public. People bought out hand sanitizer.
So ... there were those Mardi Gras travelers, Spring Break revelers & the Chinatown visits encouraged by Nervous Nancy & DeBlasio.
Everyone else has been isolating and mitigating ... for 15+ days now.
If it takes 3-15 days for Coronavirus to manifest itself ... then who are these people that will form an “apex” in two weeks time? From where will they have come? With whom will they have gotten it?
I don’t think think the “apex” projected will ever arise - I think we’re possibly at the “apex” NOW or soon - not 2 or 3 weeks away.
A possible scenario here is that when the test results come back and are fully analyzed, that data will supercede the assumptions underlying the models and the models will change - possibly in dramatic revelation.
If/when that should happen ... all kinds of possibilities!

Bad news. Got ‘temporarily laid off’ today. I know it’s temporary because they didn’t ask for their $3,000 HP laptop back. Once the airline industry gets back up and running so will I.

Sorry to hear Snowybear. You will get through this. It all still seems so surreal.
The good news is, President Trump and his team are in control and the virus doesn’t care what Democrats think, say, or do. It will run it’s course and things will return to some semblance of normal and we will adjust and do some things differently in the days ahead. So it was after 9-11 and as it always has been.
If you look at things from 50,000 ft., Trump is focused on the disease and public health and safety, and the democrats are focused on trying to make Trump look bad. In other words, same s#it, different day (year).
With some exceptions, the American people are not dumb and they will see what’s going on and in the end they will know who addressed the problem and who sat on the sidelines whining and fussing.
