There are 2 strains. The parent strain-S strain is the one that usually has mild symptoms, and responds to the Hydroxychloroquine and ZPAC.

The other strain —L Strain is more contagious and more lethal, and might not respond to the same treatment as well.

I don't know if this is normal, and cold cases are solved regularly but don't get a lot or press, or if some of the kidnapping gangs are being broken up and are giving up their secets. Keep an eye out for if a lot of cold cases suddenly get solved.
