Well, the thermal paste arrived first.

Cali looks pensive today.

Good morning.

I slept in again. I had an awful night, like I had taken too much morphine. I just couldn’t shut my mind off. Today, if I feel up to it, I’ll have my right knee x-rayed. My whole self will have to improve exponentially, though, because right now, I’m not too energetic.

However, I’m going to take a shower and hope that helps readjust my attitude.

Good morning. I hope the shower gets the day going in the right direction!

The shower got the day going, but whether its the right direction, I don’t know.

In a minute, I have to go sort my pills, changed from Tuesday to Wednesday because of the trip, and then my day will start for real.

I have to rearrange the kitchen, and see if I can squeeze out a few more inches to put a small bookcase in there. That will hold Gonzo’s cage and also house the bird things that are cluttering up the floor under the flight cage.

And then, who knows? Maybe the world is to be conquered!!

It is Wednesday. Says so on my calendar. It was raining a little when I went out to get the newspaper. Jake said it was my fault.

I need to go to Walmart later. I’m almost out of bananas, and I need to get some money for Epic Fail Lawn Service.

My neighbor makes coffee whenever she gets up and I swear, it smell just like skunks.

So here I sit and the only thing I know for sure is that it’s July 1th and the DVDs are due back at the library.

Good morning to you.

Will you be working back in the City before long? You may have gotten to where you enjoy working from home and prefer it. ;o]

Wednesday will happen whether we want it to or not, I think. But it’s the first Wednesday in July, so...

I had to rearrange the cages. My kitchen looks better but is a little crowded on the working end.

Now I’ll take a break and then go drop off the DVDs.

Yesterday, I checked on the walking sticks and they’re non-existent. There must have been 30 of them when they first came in a month ago, all heights, and shapes, solid wood and in different stain shades. So beautiful! So I’ll keep checking to see if they get any more in.

It must be because the National Parks opened.

Zion has been open for a while, but my personal opinion is that people wanted to get out of the house during the WuFlu and decided a walk with a good, sturdy stick! And everyone in town has been to Lin’s at one time or another, and the sticks were prominent near the entrance.

I doubt I’ll be working in the city any time soon. With the recent spikes in red states, the blue world will fall all over itself to make sure that doesn’t happen here.

I miss having a defined start and end to my day, but otherwise working from here is nice.

I always liked walking sticks. Their camoflauge is just so cool!

Is something eating them in your neck of the woods?

When I write things like that, I have no clue that they can be construed as punny. You, sir, are amazingly adept at picking up on any puns. I had to be on my toes, growing up, because I was surrounded by people who used puns as parts of normal speech. Thanks for reminding me that things are often not what they appear to be!
