Passengers were allowed to walk right off....without any further testing.

Sadly , only countries that were serious about restricting migration patterns
tracking cases and
quarantines over economics have succeeded.
China , Singapore , Taiwan, and Possible Korea .We are weak and rudderless and in denial .
Look at Italy .
They are now panicking .

They have talking points, and the continuity in government type plans in place, but the whole thing is very mechanical.

It is like nobody is taking a step back and saying—”Do we know wtf we are doing?” “Is this really what we want to be doing?”

Salted masks. Maybe salt double sided tape on the outer edges so you could still breathe. Maybe sprinkling them with salt as they dry.
