Even a mental pygmy like Joe Biden doesn't need to remember every detail of every issue.
Like all candidates, Joe has a large support staff wielding state-of-the-art smart phones able to access the accumulated knowledge of mankind in just a fraction of a second!
OTOH Joe has a history of not letting facts or reality limit his rhetoric.

He really has anger issues, especially with anyone that dares question him.
That’s what I thought was so awful, CB. A young female staffer is told twice, rather angrily, to “shush”. Unbelievably disrespectful. She must have felt like such a fool around all those guys. I’d be curious about her opinion of this nasty, angry old man now.
My point is that using an existing drug would bypass animal/human testing that takes a year to accomplish.

I had a dental hygienist that was Afghan, but had lived a long time in Germany. That’s what he said about this country, everything is so big compared to Germany. He said in Germany apartments are so small, refrigerators are so small, etc. And here people can afford better stuff.

There are different kinds of dementia.
There is the kind where the person becomes almost child like.
There is also the angry kind ..which i believe Biden has.

Right on, NIKK! Germany took over the EU even before Merkel. Look how she forced these countries to take in illegals. They lost their own financial decisions and monetary policy, and that was the beginning of the end.
