Look for small obscure penny stocks or worse to benefit from all the hype fear reflexes. One in particular which I follow has new board members within the time frame of the virus outbreak.
Double in two days did happen for the stock price.
Go to the sound of the hype.
Just be glad they aren’t about Kobe or pit bulls!
Just a tad - if each of the cases that have occurred (not the ones who haven’t died or recovered so far) infects 300 or so others, the world wide total could approach the number of Americans that get the Flu every year.
My observation is that anyone that anyone who is heavily invested in the stock market is the ones calling for the rest of us
to chill out.

That is what the yellow press wants...Don’t trust anything you read.
Part of me thinks its pent up emots/fatalistic attitude/boredom from health challenged boomer-age folks that know they're more susceptible to the flu to begin with. And the ones that have a panicked attitude over everything anyway have just been put into a total frenzy.
There are too many people in this world who make decisions based on emotion instead of logic. The number of corona virus posts is just one more example of this fact.
