Getting really frustrated w/libs on different forums jumping in and claiming that POTUS gutted programs for pandemic response...such as eliminating NSC and cutting funding for CDC.

A student living in a dormitory at UC Davis has shown “mild symptoms” of coronavirus and has been placed in isolation, along with two other students living in the dorm, Yolo County and university officials said Thursday.

The student has a runny nose and a cough after potentially being exposed to someone with coronavirus, officials said. The individual is in isolation at a home off campus. The two other individuals in isolation are the student’s roommates and are not showing signs of the virus.

Emory nonprofit starts GoFundMe campaign to help test coronavirus treatment

Not sure why a university with a humongous endowment like Emory needs a GoFundMe campaign for its “nonprofit biotech company owned by the university”, but this anti-viral is in a pill form and if effective, would be much less cumbersome to distribute than the IV Gillead drug.

Well here in the Southeast, pollen season has started early, so you can add that to the mix of non-corona things to sort through. My nose has been running all day.
