Sorry, fatima. I watched on a version that had a clear view and while it was ongoing my attention was caught by what she was doing. I was asking myself why she was doing what she had been doing just before she tore the two piles and I realized what it was she’d been setting up. I’m guessing your camera position wasn’t as clear as mine.
You may be looking at a replay, but “No”, Pelosi can be seen live on CSpan tearing (x3). Duplicate pages all three times.
Two times were in front of her abdomen and the Third was outstretched *At* the president and definitively at him.

If she is charged with committing a federal crime, and convicted, seems to my feeble wits she could at the least be removed as SOH.

Also, part of what caught my attention was the SOUND of the pile of papers that she was straightening thunking on the desk behind Trump. Feel free to show me how you get a good thunk out of a single piece of paper.

What were you watching? She clearly divided the speech up into manageable (rippable) groups then proceeded to rip each group one by one, Then she even tossed the whole pile onto the desk. I’ve even seen video of her doing test rips, making sure she didn’t have too many and be unable to make the statement.

I saw a clip (Where? some twitter or other) showing Nutzy leaving the SOTU and reporter asked her something and she said twice (per my memory) “Yes, I ripped it up. Rippsed it up.”
