I get it - not you specifically. But everyone is so "outraged" by how Bernie was "wronged" by CNN. Really? They are just NOW seeing what the media does to people they don't like?
These same people loved it when CNN & all the other media scum have been doing the same thing to Trump for 3+ years.

Judge Rules in Favor of Trump Administration on Family Separations at Border

A U.S. federal judge ruled that the Trump administration is operating within its authority when separating families who enter the country illegally at the U.S.-Mexico border.
U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw in San Diego, California, said in a 26-page decision (pdf) on Monday that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials were “generally exercising their discretion to separate families at the border” consistent with immigrants’ “rights to family integrity and the court’s orders.”
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) argued that border officials were separating families over minor infringements such as traffic violations or previous illegal border crossings. The organization asked the judge in July 2019 to rule on whether the government was justified in separating 911 children during the first year after the judge halted the general practice in June 2018.
Sabraw wrote: “Consistent with the court’s class certification orders and preliminary injunction, defendants [ICE officials] have continued to separate parents and children crossing the border when there are concerns about parentage, the parent has a criminal history or communicable disease (or long-term medical need), or the parent is unfit or presents a danger to his or her child or others.”
He added that the court has not seen any evidence to show that the government has “returned to systematically separating families at the border.”
Sabraw also denied the ACLU’s request to set new guidelines to use before separating families and to set up an independent monitor to supervise immigration officials, writing that such a request “is an invitation that is potentially massive in scope, invades an area that is particularly within the province of the Executive Branch to secure the nation’s border, and goes beyond this court’s class certification and preliminary injunction orders.”
Good for her. She is petite, but a real fireball.

“The list also includes House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, a New York Democrat, and Zoe Lofgren of California, who also serves on the Judiciary Committee.
House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries of New York, was also selected to serve as a manager along with Rep. Val Demings, a Florida Democrat and former Orlando, Florida, police chief. Both are members of the Judiciary Committee. Rep. Sylvia Garcia of Texas will also be a House manager.”

Appointing conservative judges puts pressure in ALL judges. They do not want to be overturned in a higher court.
If he wanted to do that to MSNBC hosts, can you imagine what he wants to do to the CNN hosts after last night, especially that Phillips who actually called Bernie a liar on air.
That sure is refreshing to learn and a judge in San Diego no less.

When I was driving home last night, some unknown radio host was commenting on the same thing, that Nancy timed her impeachment articles so that all the Senators would have to get off the campaign Trail.
That’s amazing for CNN to treat a commie bad. Just shows, these people will stab their own mothers in the back.
