If Texas was using it’s state to give our enemies a foothold from which to destroy us, yes. Trump is pointing to homelessness, but there’s more here than meets the eye.

The feds could easily get involved for environmental and public health reasons.
The Federal government owns plenty of land in the California desert. FDR bussed the Japanese Americans to places like Manzanar in 1942. Trump should at least threaten to bus the California homeless bums to barracks or “homeless shelters” in places like China Lake, Edwards AFB, El Centro, etc. Homeless people do not need ocean view real estate.
That is assuming he would be doing actual damage to USC? Maybe you are more worried about the appearance of doing something wrong?
At some point someone has to take charge of a messed up mess?

You need to realize the greatest threat to our well-being and way of life is not CA, Newsome, or the Man in the Moon. The greatest threat is our 80%+ unconstitutional federal government which has become essentially totalitarian.

Once they figure out a way to have homeless, and illegal voting taken care of simultaneously, and satisfy the populous in the state they are not paying for it, then they can start on Seattle, WA, that has as much a problem with it as California does.
