I wonder why killing your children upsets you later in life.
That’s the same logic they use with homosexual and Trans suicide. It’s not that these people are mentally ill to begin with, it’s how society treats them. That may have worked 50 years ago, but today these people are celebrated and revered by society so why are they killing themselves if it’s our fault?

During pregnancy from day 1 there are 2 periods during gestation that are known as “Interphase” where the mother and the fetus are essentially one in all ways. The natural order and function of he human body remembers this and the residual impact of removing it prior to birth bears a mark that can be devastating even years later.
My Ex had an abortion when she was 15 and I married her when she was 35 and she had never had children in between. We went through counseling around this and during the sessions which had many other women who had had abortions the residual impact of doing this even though it was “legal” was profound and devastating
Their testimony about it was impactfull and the results in a marriage and testimony of their spouse was gut wrenching
It is far from a victimless event and the proof is well known and destroys many peoples lives and psyche
