I get mine at Iherb.com, but probably any good health and nutrition store should have them. If you ask around in Jerusalem you may be able to find some there. Like an apothecary shop or herbalist.

If you have access to a hotel concierge, you could ask there, as well. The bottle says “1.55 g (1550mg)” and they are rather large, but boy, do they work!! (It’s called “lauric acid” on the bottle.)

I’m more and more worried about Gonzo. He screams at me if I put my coat on, so I started to put it on in the hallway so he couldn’t see me. Now he screams at me when I open the door to go out. I feel so bad for the little guy!

All he has ever known is Beaker, and now she’s gone and he’s suffering. They were fledglings together, six years ago, and were bonded, so he is definitely mourning for her.

Now, I’m going to watch some Harry Potter and try to take my mind off things.

I hope I can get Gonzo a buddy soon. The vet’s office is having an open house on the 8th, to celebrate their new clinic. It’s beautiful! And I definitely plan to go, even if I don’t stay for long.

When I take Gonzo in next week for his pedicure, I’ll see if they’ve gotten any word on a rescue. Even a finch or a conure would be good, just so he could have some company, poor little guy.

I slept in. I’ve been fighting this chest cold thing, and not sleeping through the night for the last several nights, and this was the result. I slept two hours longer than I usually do.

Now I’m going to shower, and then my day will start for real.
