Obviously as info and/or indictments come out they will be labeled as political counter punching. Helps explain the fast moving of events by Dems. When sordid tales of treason emerge, they will simply be dismissed as dirty politics by Trump and Barr. Meat for a jury.
It's a fake subpoena. No court would enforce it. It's a letter that says "we hereby subpoena," which is as valid as me typing the same in a post to you. No court would enforce it.
Pelosi has to choose between bluster and House vote. If the House votes to initiate an impeachment investigation, THEN the House will validate its subpoena power, and can issue real subpoenas. Pompeo can force those to be litigated too, and you can bet that nearly ALL of what Pelosi seeks is properly in executive privilege and state secret.
I can imagine circumstances that would justify litigating this, but not a routine "congrats, lets root out corruption" call.
