What with the goings on at Antartica, it would not surprise me that outer space means out not up (outer meaning outside International waters).
Didn’t someone dig up that we had an Antartic treaty from back in 1950’s that said no country would take resources from there? I might bet there are sneaks’ operating out there in the “outer spaces” (out not up) stealing any resources they can dig up, in violation of whatever that treaty said. And some of our past keystone cop govt letting them have at it, hell selling access to it.
Just a sliding theory here, but holy crap many it appears have sold us out on every damn thing else.
It seems strange to me that no one goes to the outer realms except diplomats, religious figures, dictators and climate change nutballs it appears just to get their photos made.

This story is tied up with the criticism of Rudy supposedly talking too much.
Rudy looked wobbly when denying he was working with others, like DiGenova and Victoria. Rudy said he “was handed” information, which is probably the actual link to “others”.
What is the meaning of “WITH” comes to mind.
Don’t see how this hazy legalese carries the weight, exactly, in a court room, given the office of the president wide latitude to inquire [about stories all over the American media] and which is a point Mark Levin brings up on FOX and Friends, when hammering Ed Henry.
